The Virtual Island Summit is a zero-carbon conference designed to connect global islands and share knowledge to build resilient, sustainable, and prosperous island communities worldwide.
The Summit will cover all 17 SDGs and other topics pertinent to the island and remote territories. It will also promote cross-sector collaboration to emphasize the need for input and partnerships across the private, public, academic, and NGO sectors.
Last year’s Virtual Island Summit had over 11,000 participants from over 500 islands and we are expecting VIS2022 to be bigger and better! What does the Virtual Island Summit entail?
